  1. Business Registration Certificate;
  2. Certificate of incorporation, if a company;
  3. Tax Identification Certificate; and
  4. List of items intended to be exported.
  1. Company name

    It is the legal name of the exporter company. It is obligatory to fill out.

  2. Task identification number(TIN)

    The TIN on TIN certificate as issued by the Gambia Revenue Authority. It is obligatory to fill out.

  3. Business registration number

    The business/company registration number given by the Registrar of Companies in the country in which the headquarters of the company is located. It is obligatory to fill out.

  4. Projected annual sales

    The total amount of sales of the exporter company in GMD/USD in the next year.

  5. Date of establishment/incorporation

    The establishment year of the exporter company.

  6. Gambian-owned company

    The information on whether the exporter company is Gambian-owned or foreign-owned.

  7. Type of entity

    The type of entity is simply the legal structure of the exporter company.

  8. Exporter classification

    The exporter company indicates the status of the exporter company as to whether they are a new or established exporter.

  1. International quality certificates & registry number

    The quality certificates and the related registry numbers of the exporter company issued internationally. It is obligatory to fill out if applicable.

  2. National quality certificates & registry number

    The quality certificates and the related registry numbers of the exporter company issued in The Gambia. Example, FSQA etc. It is obligatory to fill out.

  1. Contact person

    This space is for the company representative to fill out the information of her/his Name, Surname, and position within the company. It is obligatory to fill out.

  2. Address

    The address information of the exporter. It is obligatory to fill out.

  3. City

    The city information of the exporter company. It is obligatory to fill out.

  4. Postal code

    The postal code information of the exporter company.

  5. Country

    The country information of the exporter company, can be selected from the country list. It is obligatory to fill out.

  6. Phone number

    The phone number information of the exporter company. It is obligatory to fill out.

  7. Email

    The registered and valid e-mail address information of the exporter company.

  8. Website

    The website address of the exporter company. It is obligatory that the declared website address has to include the full legal title of the company in one of its web pages. The context of the declared website should be related to the company.

  1. Permanent number of employees (Yearly Average)

    The average number of employees working in the company annually on a permanent basis.

  2. Temporary number of employees (Yearly Average)

    The average number of employees working in the company annually on a temporary basis.

  1. Location details

    The location details of the exporter company.

  1. Export products

    The product(s) exported/planned to be exported by the exporter company.

  2. Form

    The form in which the products are being exported. Are they being exported in raw, semi-processed, or processed?

  3. Tonnage

    The average tonnage of the exported products.
